FAS Meeting and Event Services
AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center
We look forward to welcoming you to the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center! We are the official hotel for The University of Texas at Austin and designed to bring minds and ideas together. Located on campus, we offer 297 guest rooms, over 85,000 square feet of event space, and 53 meeting rooms. The Carillon is open for dining — breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our new table d’hôte menu allows you to choose a salad, entrée and dessert for $15, and options change Monday through Friday. Please call 512-404-3655 to make your reservation.
Commons Event Services
Our team is prepared to meet your event management needs by providing expertise on and access to Cvent. This powerful registration tool can meet the needs of in-person, hybrid and virtual events of all shapes and sizes, from a free educational series to a small training to a thousand-person conference. More than 70 campus departments currently use Cvent for:
- Collecting payments for events
- Professional development
- Virtual event connection
- Email marketing, feedback survey
- Credit tracking and so much more

Document Solutions provides a variety of high quality, affordable printing services, copy services, signage, promotional products and PPE to support all of your event and meeting needs. Printing services include full color offset and digital as well as signage and wide format, while copy services offers traditional digital printing. Document Solutions is also an official promotional product distributor, offering the production of customized departmental promotional products and SWAG items for events, including PPE. Specialists can help with UT trademark compliance when using protected marks. Easy payment options are also available with an IDT account, state purchase order or credit card.
Environmental Health and Safety
To ensure that the food and drinking water provided at campus events are safe for consumption, Environmental Health and Safety’s (EHS) food safety program offers food safety inspections. If you are serving food to the public that is not prepackaged and/or requires temperature control, you will need a temporary food permit. Accessing the permit requires a UT EID.
Facilities Services Events Support
Need help rearranging a room, setting up tables and chairs, or renting trash and recycling containers? Facilities Services offers a full range of event support services. ITS Event Support
ITS/Multi-media provides campus-wide audiovisual and media event support (including video streaming and recording) to departments, campus organizations, auxiliary enterprises, sponsored student organizations and other university-related organizations.
